Excellent, friendly staff and convenient location (easy to get to/from the highway). Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good--waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Overall, think it was a good value and definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were great, the staff was very friendly. This hotel was near the university and very near the freeway for 'back on the road' access.

The front desk staff is excellent, professional and courteous. The room was large, well appointed and clean. A good variety was provided for the continental breakfast. Short stay, just overnight We would stay again.

Rooms were clean, food was good, exercise room clean & lobby computer accessible. Did not try the pool. There was a strange odor in our room, but assume it was chemical cleaner based vs. mold, etc. Overall good stay and staff was friendly. Would stay again. Great value for the price.

We spent thanksgiving in Monroe and tried aout this hotel. It ahd a nice workout room. It was clean and room was a nice size. The bed was ok... I prefer a little firmer, but all in all a good experience for the money.

Outstanding staff with a cheerful, friendly attitude and true pride in serving their property. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff, this is a well-managed nice Comfort Suites. I had a great stay here, starting with a nice glass of wine at the manager's reception. We just recently stayed in this hotel and have never felt so unsafe. Upon exiting our car at midnight a guy approach us and started getting in our face. He saw our two kids and backed off.
My husband was charged 145.00 ( that price is with a gov. Discount) to stay in a room that smelled like stale smoke....

Although many of the staff members are young, they are all kind, courteous and respectful. They greet with genuine smiles. They remember faces and provide assistance with everything!!!!
