This was a great hotel, but I think it was too expensive and the rooms were too small for the price and there was not a sitting area or a couch. I also did not like that the coffee had to be made in the bathroom.

Doors slamming, kids screaming and running up and down the hall. Called staff after 4 hours and complained and no resolution. Went to check out that evening after another hour of the same thing and got dirty looks and attitude from night staff.

The room was clean, the parking was great and the breakfast was really good, there was a variety of things to chose from and the lady working the kitchen was very friendly. The location is a little too far from Bourbon street, but we managed. For the price I would rather stay near downtown.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The clerk when we checked in wasn’t pleasant. It felt like we were inconveniencing her since they did not have the room type we had reserved available. Enjoyed the experience and ease of access to highways. The staff was helpful to any question and the staff ensured my room was prepared and ready for my arrival. Friendly, helpful and attentive to me as a guest was something I felt each day during my stay. I'd stay there again - in a New York Minute.
