It was conviently located off I-10, and I could get to where I needed quickly by using area streets that were not as busy as the major highways. “Friendly and very convenient”

Good value, I was very surprised at the amount of pets we encountered but staff keeps everyone happy!! Pets included. Smiling faces from everyone we encountered! Would stay here again.Breakfast was well attended to , the ladies were very friendly and helpful. One downside is parking lot a little compact.

“Good service at an affordable price”

We were just stopping over for the night on our way from Florida to Texas. The room was surprisingly large and the bed quite comfortable. The bathroom was large as well. “Clean, friendly staff, there is all I need in one hotel.”

If you are travelling from New Orleans to Houston and viceversa you can stop at this nice hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast, peaceful location, cheap laundres and also one nice little swimming pool. You can also order a good pizza with online service using the free wi-fi.

“Clean, very friendly and helpful staff”

Staff was especially friendly and helpful--willing to answer all "dumb questions" and give directions. The breakfast was delightful -- warm waffles and delicious hot coffee (not the usual dark and bitter Louisiana chicory!!) Overall a good visit!!!

“Awesome hotel with friendly staff; Very professional”

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast area was well stocked and the waffles were great. Stayed a week ago at L'Auberge and honestly enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof Inn much more. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay again when visiting Lake Charles.

“Clean, friendly, and economical”

Staff was super friendly!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially the indian lady who was quick to wait on everybody!! She is a star to the facility! The breakfast included waffles, sausage and biscuits, etc with everything being replenished quickly. I Highly recommend this hotel.
