“It all depends on the room”

Our room smelled a lot better than the one our friend had.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked as package through Expedia. Room had torn carpet, dirty bathroom, and electrical wires all over the place. Some wires were taped with electrical tape. Unsafe!!!!!! Got Expedia to call and request a refund, they agreed and we moved to a different hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!!!!!

I understand that you were not expecting an exterior corridors facility for your stay but unfortunately we cannot fix that "problem" for our guests. Your frustration upon arrival was completely valid and you wanted to cancel your reservation with us but due to your prepaid booking from Expedia where you pay to Expedia and they pay to us we cannot... very helpful staff. The person at the front desk check me in quickly into my room. The room smelled very fresh and clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of items to choose from. I will definitely come back next time when I'm here in town.
