The hotel shuttle doesn't run on time. The beds are not the Sweet Dreams bed as advertised. Instead it was a broken Sleep Number bed. Hotel bar staff was rude and inconsiderate and the food and drinks were overpriced and mediocre (even for hotel food).

I stay here on business as it is very close to the airport, the hotel is ok nothing spectacular as the age is beginning to show. The staff was friendly and nice as always. We had a rental car, so getting back and forth from the French Quarter was easy. In fact, it was a welcome change to stay further away in that it encouraged us to drive around the city, which we never did when we stayed in the middle of everything.

The staff members were very friendly. They were consistently pleasant and they acknowledged me each time I was in the lobby. Needed to stay near the New Orleans Airport, and his is the place to do it. Noticed fllight crews staying here. Easy check-in. The warm cookie was nice. Great, spacious room. Did not get a chance to sample the restaurant as had to shuttle to the airport early. Quick complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

The Doubletree at the New Orleans Airport is a decent business hotel. The lobby is open, airy, and welcoming. Thanks to your staff. My overall experience was indeed a great one and was taken immaculate care of by your well rained staff. Being close to the airport, your prime location is good for business and leisure travelers alike. I hated to leave but I would definitely stay at your hotel again.
