Nice & clean rooms. Location is a little south of Hammond, but ok. The breakfast could have been a little better. Front desk people...we had a situation with the billing, but the person reluctantly resolved it. Never should have been an issue. If I travel to Hammond again, I would stay at this location. More

From paper thin walls permitting every sound from your neighbors to permeate, to squeaky door hinges on the bathroom that prohibit silent entry and egress late at night resulting in all your family being awakened, to air conditioning units that awaken you each time they cycle on and without the capability to turn the fan on "continuous"...
