We stayed in a suite that must have recently been remodeled. Whirlpool tub in the room even had a yellow rubber duck. Really appreciated the little extras in the room. Couldn't work the tub and maintenance came up quick to fix it.

I turned 35 here and I enjoyed the jacuzzi suite room 112. It was a great experience. I was pleased and would definitely return if I go to Shreveport. The staff was exceptional and granted every wish I had during my stay.

Boomtown hotel was very great. Staff at the front desk were great and there to help you in every way they could. Restaurant wise your better off eating some where else. Visited Boomtown Hotel and Casino twice in the last year. If you are there for just the Casino, then it has mostly slots from penny slots on up. Try your luck, they have some good payouts.
