We went to Bossier City over the weekend for some gaming.. We stayed at the Horseshoe Hotel & Casino.. What a nice hotel.. We had a clean and comfortable room.. A nice bed and a real nice and clean bathroom.. We had a real good time here and will return here again...

We were given two free Nights stay at the Horseshoe and free tickets to the Chicago concert . The Rooms were great fresh , over viewed the river / very restful .. The room was very large with two king beds, but rather outdated with very small old-fashioned TV, which was so small it was hard to see the picture from the sofa in the sitting area. Had a large and beautiful king size room. Bed was great. Large jacuzzi tub and spacious restroom. Casino is spread out on 3 levels which is interesting. Went for a getaway and stayed a couple nights, rooms are spacious but outdated. Hotel is clean but casino is is small and has 3 levels. The buffett was decent, but the burger joint had bad service and the food was boring. Don't think it's a place I would go back to.

My wife and I stayed here just for a get away and we loved it. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were large. Room was clean on arrival and a nice view from 22 floor. This was a comp stay and we would stay here again, comped or not!
