Overall hotel was good. Restaurant was above average. Downside - This was the only hotel in which I have ever stayed that did not have any cell service inside the building. Very aggravating.

My co-workers and I stayed two nights at the Paintsville Ramada and each of us experienced the same thing - - very clean room, VERY comfortable beds and pillows, great interaction with the desk staff. The hotel is definitely older and could use a few upgrades but everything worked - - even the internet was decent. Lighting was adequate but... More

We have stayed at this hotel several times through the years and most recently for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
