I will start with the cons and get them out of the way: the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, we had some very sleepless nights. To me that's pretty important in choosing a hotel. “decent value for the money”

stayed here with my family of four. staff was courteous and hotel was nicely updated. pool was small and cold. hot breakfast was good. eggs potatoes sausage, french toast all cooked fresh. toilet was running so i removed the tank lid to attempt to fix but found mold behind the lid. yuk. overall though a very good value for the... Very happy with our stay at Best Western Louisville East. Excellent staff. Comfortable room. Great location. Easy to find from I 64. Nice having breakfast in the morning before continuing on our trip.

From beginning to end, front desk to housekeeping, great experience. In particular, the front desk was extremely accommodating. We had to check out a little late (ok, an hour and half lol), and it was not a problem at all. Once again, GREAT experience!
