Definitely get what you pay for in this hotel minus 2 working lights, and no hot water. Attendant at desk was not friendly at all. 2 of the lights in the room didnt work, no hot water.

Thank you for your kind remarks about Georgia it is always great to hear about how our employees are doing. As for your other problems we are putting in new carpet in all our rooms and redoing all our bathtubs and all of this should be completed before the Kentucky Derby.

I have stayed in several Days Inns over the past few years and my expectations were higher for this one. I was especially happy to see a recent renovation had been done. I'm just not sure what room was renovated !! My room was old and weary from much traffic in it. The wall-covering at the head of my bed...

I called about a late checkout and she said it was good....

Honestly, the front desk staff was very nice and understanding about us leaving (you can't actually cancel your reservation with priceline, unless the hotel agrees to refund the money). That is the only good thing I can say about it. The carpet was so gross, we couldn't take...

We booked a reservation...

Typically I stay at 4- and 5-star hotels, but when we decided just a few weeks before to go to the Derby and everything was sold out, we sucked it up and paid an exorbinant amount plus a 2-night minimum. It was painful already and didn't get any better once we actually arrived.
The room is I guess what you...
