“Rooms are dark and small”

Rooms are small and smelled. We were moved into another room when the one we had smelled so bad we could not stay in it. The rooms are very small and also are the bathrooms. The beds are very had and the pillows are terrible.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that our room had a cracked toilet seat and the second phone did not have a phone cord. That's a pretty bad first impression for a guest.
