“Perfect over night stop!”

Our 3rd or 4th stay here, same as always, perfect. Super clean, friendly folks, great location, great about special room arrangements.Around 60 dollars, tremendous value!!! Will stay again and will recommend highly!!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, great price, and conveniently located! The staff were more than happy to answer questions and give suggestions. They even made arrangements for us to do a load of laundry at a neighboring hotel.We will definitely be making this our hotel of choice the next time we are in Louisville!

This is 2nd time at this location. Everything is always great! I just love the lighting, Yours is the only motel that you can read a book comfortably. We always hope to see a Microtel listing wherever we go and the lighting and good breakfast is one of the reasons!

The hotel was very clean, easy to get to Churchill Downs. The rooms were a bit small and the TV's could use an updating. All in all it was a nice hotel.

Vani Boppana and the staff helped make out stay during Derby Week a fun and memorable experience. Our room was small but efficient and clean. The breakfast was the same each day. Some variety would have helped. Overall, we rate our experience very good. Paul and Madeline Portland, Oregon
