Stayed one night for business,my check in was efficient and manager was polite and friendly. My room was clean but found one of the glasses was really filthy, used another one that was so tiny.I rang the Bistro to order room service and a female staff member was extremely rude and tried to transfer my call but actually hung up on... We stayed one night and were disappointed with a few things, considering the price of the room. For example there was no information available in the room on the motel (eg. the number to call Reception), no local information/maps, air-conditioning was old, it was a queen size bed but had only one lamp, we could hear the people in the... Booked in accommodation for the weekend, called to advise cancellation for the first night but was going to stay an extra night due to work commitments. Arrive at reception and was advised they have doubled booked our stay. no one took ownership and kept getting palmed off to next person. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for manager to come... I was married on the 24th November 2012 and had my reception here, my hubby and I along with our friends and family booked the upstairs rooms for the weekend! We could not have asked for better service! The new owners/management were absolutely fabulous, thank god they came on board when they did! They all went above and beyond their... More

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, our first opinion of the room was lovely but the lounge had stains on it, the was hardly any kitchen utensils in the kitchenette and our glasses has orange pulp and lipstick marks on all the wine glasses! We had to go downstairs to the kitchen to get sponges! We went downstairs and had... More

My wife and I stayed in the Moonta Bay Caravan Park, and had a meal at the Seagate. We found the service, meal quality and general Atmosphere great, no complaints. I would recommend this restaurant. Dis not stay in the rooms, and there is no swimming pool or fitness centre but you have to mark these sections to post.

Stayed here on business recently room was ok , bathroom was very small but quite clean. The night I stayed there it was very windy and there was something banging around on the roof all night & got very little sleep. Walls were "paper thin" and could hear people talking in the room next door quite easily. As the title... More

We were staying at the caravan park next door with 2 other couples for 6 nights, and we enjoyed the food so much at the Seagate that we dined there twice. I can highly recommend the larksa, which came loaded with mussels, squid and prawns, and was the best larksa I have had outside my favourite Asian cafe in Adelaide.... More
