“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!”

At 11:30pm we asked for a room change because our neighbors music was so loud we couldn't begin to sleep. The second room we were in smelled like cat urine. WE WERE OUTTA THERE!! Was traveling thru the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati and was looking for a reasonable room that was pet friendly. I found a coupon for this hotel and decided to try it out. “Strong smell of smoke”

Our room was to be non smoking and when you entered the building, it smelled so strong of smoke that it burned your lungs. We complained and they refused to refund money so they offered us another room which was supposed to have everything brand new in it. The toilet was very dirty. We left, and stayed some where else.

Travelodge in Florence Kentucky is a great hotel. They have a wonderful staff who seems to care deeply for their customers. The rates are excellent. Polite Staff, Newly renovated Bathrooms, Good Amenities, Comfortable Beds and Very Satisfactory Experience. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The price was $39 and now I know why. Went to have my shower in the morning and there was a hole in the bathtub, There was water on the bathroom floor I think from the tolilet. The free breakfast was muffins, ceral, bread, juice and coffee. The linen on the bed had black marks and the bed looked old... More
