This is a beautiful hotel. Huge rooms, everything sparkling clean and a great breakfast. Rates are reasonable and you get everything needed for a longer stay. But...the staff is sadly lacking in warmth. They don't make you feel welcome. There's no appreciation given for your stay. Sad as there are lots of other hotels in the area.

Unfortunately, all I was able to do is sleep and eat breakfast here. Nonetheless, this is probably the most modern hotel I've stayed at in several years. The interior decor was consistent and pleasing to the eye. Everything that was supposed to work, worked well and looked good doing it. If only Cincinnati Airport looked this good.

Service was not so well. The hotel is nice and clean but the service was not so well.

This hotel is new, clean and modern. The A/C is so quiet that I'm not sure if it is on or not. The internet speed is great. Swimming pool and whirlpool are tiny and were full with at least 10 kids. The breakfast was not very good and the most plain one in our whole Spring break trip.
