“Five Star Service at Two Star Price”

I came to Brooks, KY to run the Lovin' the Hills 50K trail run. It was me, my fiancee, and my two toy poodles. The management was extremely accommodating, hospitable, and above all friendly. Easy check in and stayed for weekend. Rooms were reasonable and good and clean. Good location close to Louisville and surrounding area.

“Pretty ghetto, but nice to have pool/hot tub and for the price i can't complain”

Its a little run down, but it does have a pool and hot tub which they let us use until around 11 pm. Also you get a breakfast which isnt anything special but some free food nonetheless. Very helpful staff, accommodated an early check-in request and followed up to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended value hotel. Quiet too!

This hotel was ok for the price due to the amenities (hot tub & pool) but not very clean. There was about a 1/4 inch of dust under the TV in the room and all the edges and corners of the room had not seen a vacuum for quite some time. The beds were comfortable and the staff was wonderful.... More

This once was a great place to stay. Still not really too bad, just tired. Needs some updates, paint, carpet, ect. Service is great. Pool is OK. Breakfast is adequate.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Florida. We were pleased with the value overall. As other reviewers noted, the building shows some wear; but it is clean and comfortable. Scuff on the carpet in the stairwell don't affect the quality of my sleep. I'd much rather pay $45 for a hotel like this than $70+ for a hotel... More
