We stayed at the lodge for the January sandhill crane watch. Our room was clean and we loved the back porch, it was great for some easy bird watching. It was winter so we did not get to enjoy much of the park,but would stay at the lodge again.

Being a local and always looking for a good home cooked meal, Driftwood Restaurant has a great buffet. The food is always good and tastes homemade. Prices are more than reasonable.
