I know giving a place like this 5 stars is a lot, but how do you rate a hotel? For the price ($70), comfort, location, hospitality-his place exceeded my expectations. My only minor complaint would be their small TV compared to a more expensive hotel. But my motto has always been that if the Tv is a major concern, you... More

Stopped here to visit museums and downtown Bardstown. A wonderful motel for the price. The room was spotless and the bed was wonderful. It was easy walking to the old downtown area. Don't go on Monday if you want to vist museums. They are closed as well as several businesses. The nice restaurant near the hotel was closed on Monday.... More

Stopped here on the Bourbon tour - wanted a cheap place to stay to make up for costs spent on nicer Louisville and Lexington locations. The place isn't bad, though I found the bed not very comfortable but my husband didn't have a problem with it. Be clear: NO FRILLS. But it's quiet and a great location. Would stay here... More

Doing a PCS move from Norfolk, VA to Great Lakes, IL. Stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, and Maker's Mark bourbon distilleries. The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. The owner who was around is a very nice guy. I recommend this motel when staying in town due to the great price, central... More

Stayed here for Mid America Truck Show as Louisville area was full. Decent place clean and quiet. Parking is limited. Continental bkfst. isn't much cereal, frozen waffels but McDonalds is just down the street. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Hard to beat for the $$$$$.

Overall, nice place for the price. Friendly staff and nice location across from my old Kentucky state park. They need to upgrade towels and continental breakfast.

On our way to Lexington, our tire blew and we had no spare. With 6 in our family, the unforgettably kind police officers had to help us by providing transportation to the nearest hotel. This unforgettable kindness then seemed to have passed on to Old Bardstown Inn Hotel Manager who worked at the front. He blessed us with more than... More

This is the 3rd time that I stayed there. We requested the same room as last time but upon entering the room there was a mausty smell. Not too happy about that. Overall it was clean, hot water for the morning shower. New air conditioner and heater was very noisey. There is a microwave & refrigerator in the rooms. Very... More

The location is directly across the road from My Old Kentucky Home. The couple who run this are very accomodative and courteous. The room is normal size with two queen beds. Rooms are clean. It was our wonderful experience to stay and enjoy at Bardstown.
