Staff was friendly, the room was clean. Everything was a little dated, sink had a crack, the dresser had writing and scribbles on it, it needed to be reno'd but for the price it was decent. Just don't expect a 3 star at this price and you won't be disappointed.

Save yourself from the worst customer service you will ever receive. Horrible horrible, mean people. Will never stay at another America Best Value again!!!

Terrible stay - we had to stay for 4 nights - rude and uncooperative owners - nothing fixed - how's this - even the candy bar in the vending machine was covered in mold - gross! Would not recommend at all - even for the inexpensive price - wasn't expecting much and got way less - keep on driving!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel needs updating. Walls rather thin as I heard the person next to us being sick. I guess I wouldn't stay there again.

The guy at the front desk was VERY RUDE, the owners were VERY RUDE. I just could not believe how awful this place was. It was very dirty, more like a truck-stop motel. Not good for kids. Pay the extra few bucks a night and stay at another hotel!!!! If I could rate zeros across the board I would.
