In two days time my door was opened three times by an unknown individual with an employee key. I was in the room with the swinging latch securing the door each time. Will probably be my final stay after years of being a loyal customer.

The night before we stayed cheaper, a frig, a micro, huge room and free Wi-Fi...Motel 6 had none of these. The guy next door kept his milk under his car! You pay $3 extra if you want to use their Wi-Fi...I questioned this and the girl at the desk was snotty when I asked...never again!

The room was clean, the price was cheap. Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but I slept ok. Only major drawback in my opinion is it is entirely non smoking.

We booked two "non-smoking" rooms in Salina, and while apparently they were, they both smelled of tobacco smoke. My guess is that the guests carried the smell into the rooms on their clothing.
