Days Inn Russell met all my expectations for a quick stopover in the heartland. Internet worked fine. Breakfast was great. Service was willing and accomodating, though the cleaning team was parked in guest parking places. Beds were soft and comfortable. Pets were welcome and all was in order. Hotel is located right off I70, near to gas and food, and... More

when we went in the employee was nice, but he was from an other country and it was somewhat difficult to understand him. we booked a 2 queen bed room for $63,the pool was warm considering its outside. the breakfast looks great. the room has a 32 inch flatscreen tv,fridge, microwave.and a coffee maker. i was surprised when we walked in... I really don't like hotels that have outside access to rooms, but for a one night stay it was a good choice. The bed and pillows were comfortable, sheets and blankets clean, and the room was relatively clean. They provided an actual 4 cup coffee pot rather than those 4oz cup single serve coffee makers. The breakfast bar was adequate... More

My family and I were moving and stayed here on our way to our destination. It was adequate for one night. We thought the location was fine. Very easy access to the highway. The breakfast was adequate: english muffins, milk, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal. We slept comfortably with the AC running well. It was very quiet outside. The pool was... More

This hotel is running a bait and switch with Priceline bookings. I booked on Priceline, called the hotel shortly after to request non-smoking and two beds. The clerk was clueless. Upon check-in, I again requested non-smoking and king size or two beds. The clerk refused, stating that they only can give us exactly what is paid for in Priceline. I've... More

We got this room for about $60 (taxes included). The A/C didn't work. We got in really late and the owners wife was working and didn't say anything to us. The place had a nasty stench to it. The next morning the breakfast was decent. small selection but good do it yourself waffles. This place was cheaper than anywhere in... More

We were traveling to Missouri and needed somewhere to stop and catch a few hours sleep. We also needed somewhere that accepted dogs. This is not somewhere I would want to stay for an extended period or for a vacation but it served its purpose and would definatly stay here again if it was on our route of traveling on... More

My second stay at this Day's Inn per distance I was traveling and Russell is an easy off and easy on for I 70. An average hotel. Some wear but still comfortable. A limited breakfast but there is also a nice restuarant across the road. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Days Inn falsely quoted us a price on rooms. We were to arrive on a Monday and stay thru Friday. My father passed away and we had several rooms reserved. Upon arriving the prices had changed by almost $10.00 per room. When I brought this to the managers attention I was basically told "tough". We were told we could go... More

When checking into a motel I have always been greeted with a smile and a kind word, until my wife and I stayed at Days Inn in Russell, Ks.. The lady working the desk acted like it was a problem for her to get us a room. It was late at night and all we wanted was to go to... More
