This is about the best hotel you can get for $50. No complaints. It's not luxury, but it's clean, everything works, the people are great.

Everything about this motel was excellent, extremely clean, friendly, nice breakfast area . I thought the hotel overall was quite nice and was looking forward to staying in it again when I visit Kansas city o because it was just 20 minutes away from where I was visiting . Excellent and Economical. Just had new carpet, paint - brand new cleaning. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable of area. Plan to stay there again if travel planning permits.
