Generally, i would not have high expectations for an economy hotel. However, my husbank and I were very pleased with the Independence Super 8. Tthe rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was more than adequate. I would stay there again anytime

I was away from home for a month but it felt like home.Great friendly staff will help you in everyway thy can.Got my wakeup call in the mornings,breakfast was ready.what else you need .Rooms are large and very clean.After work came back to a nice clean room.Will be back in summer for another job.Looking forward to that.

Everything worked: wifi, tv, microwave/fridge in room. Reasonably clean, though the less obvious places, like the window sill, hadn't been dusted in ages. Terrible bed. Bad towels; no hand towels at all. Sparse decorations. Better public areas than the Microtel across the street, but worse rooms. It's OK for a night, but set your expectations low.

The weekend was a last minute booking for pleasure and as Independence doesn't have much to offer in the way of hotel space, we didn't have much luck in finding anything better available.
