The motel was fine. The staff was friendly. Breakfast didn't offer as much as most, but it isn't suppost to be IHOP. The rooms were clean, needs updated somewhat. Would stay here againg when passing through. The area must be home to some stockyards and the smell outside in the town of Goodland was very very unpleasant.

Good location for our travel plans, offer of breakfast and low price were the reasons we chose Days Inn at Goodland. I was NOT pleased with my stay at the Days Inn in Goodland, Kansas. The hotel had an unusual smell about it; stale, moldy, almost like old sewage. Took forever to get checked in. Room was dirty-dried ketchup on thermostat, dried soda on table, and, for a finale, live bugs in the bed! Then, took forever to get checked out (no, we didn't actually stay the night).

Stayed there while passing through, it was fine for ONE night. For the price I was expecting a bit more. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, rooms were in decent shape, bathrooms were poorly cleaned (germaphobes beware).

we checked in. Room 2 double beds. Bathroom leaking...they moved us to another room and the ceiling leaked on our suitcases. Luckily we caught it before it got too bad. Do NOT waste your money! You can NOT clean a hotel with a $50 Walmart vacuum. The receptionist was nice but we could tell she was frustrated with the owners or wanna be owners of the hotel.
