Super friendly/helpful staff. Room quite comfortable & quiet. Cousins from CA, WI, NE, OK & IA stayed here for funeral (in nearby Perry). Staff was so accommodating & allowed us to all gather for relaxing time in the very inviting, comfortable lobby area making our visit time most pleasant. Very clean, comfortable facility. Would certainly stay there for future visits.

We love to come to Grimes when visiting daughter to stay at this motel. Great swimming pool, good breakfast, very friendly staff always there to help you, and great location. We are planning to go back again this week. I would recommend this place.

Very nice motel ... clean rooms, friendly staff. Very close to DM shopping and restaurants. Very good breakfast - eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, cereal - husband missed the biscuits & gravy some other AmericInn's have, but you can't have everything. We always look for an AmericInn to stay in, and this one did not disappoint. Would highly recommend.

I travel throughout the Midwest area and the AmericInn brand has proven outstanding in pricing and recent improvement to all their product and service has been noticeable. AmericInn in Grimes was updated and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was changed up every day. I thank them for the free internet service.
