Great proximity for walking to Iowa Events Center and/or Wells Fargo Arena. Hotel wifi was sorely lacking, however, and front desk was no help when I called asking that they try resetting the router. After a 5 night stay on business, I found the hotel to be reasonably clean and comfortable, but nothing special. Next time, I'll try other hotels in the area. First off, the front desk staff were not very friendly, and were not professional in appearance.
