We had a family reunion and stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay for the weekend. From the front desk service to the cleanliness of the rooms, it was a great stay. All of our requests were followed up on and exceeded. The family has requested to use the same hotel next year. It was a fabulous stay!

After seven weeks with multiple relatives in and out (up to four rooms) and dozens of requests, the staff never grew tired of us and were always friendly and helpful. While Karen will be missed, Jordan and the gang are doing GREAT!!!

I have had the pleasure to stay here on numerous occasions. There is a new manager and a few new employees since I stayed the last time. As in the past, my expectations were not only met but exceeded. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and super nice desk staff. This is my go to hotel when in this area!

This is an extended stay people, you do not get daily housekeeping service! know that going in.....The staff is way and above average, they are exceptional! Karen, the manager, is super great. I have had the pleasure of staying at the Suburban for almost eight weeks. It is so much more then the average hotel. The rooms have apartment size refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and microwaves. Room was large and comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrible job. Coffee cups were not washed but put back in the cupboards dirty. Most of the "kitchen" area was not clean looking or feeling. For a one night stay it was OK, but I would not choose it for an extended stay.

We've never stayed at an extended stay prior to this and were surprised that there was no daily housekeeping. The hotel had a cheap feel to it. My wife & I sold our home and needed a place to stay for sixteen nights before moving out of state. We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff (Zach, Brittney, Debra, Andrew & Karen were outstanding. They are friendly, provide superior service and are quite accommodating. What a nice hotel! It is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff is top-notch, and they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is a good one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
