My husband is a patient at the University of Iowa Eye clinic and we are given a reduced hospital rate while staying here. The hotel is always clean, the staff is always friendly and there is numerous places to eat within walking distances. Also, the remodel of this are since flooding a few years ago is beautiful! More

This hotel was close to lots of restaurants, carver hawkeye arena and kinnick stadium. The hotel is pet friendly and there is the off the leash Thornberry dog park close by. In order to fairly rate this property, you need to start with the prices. It is far more reasonable then many of it's competitors.
