Room 314 was next to ice/vending and fitness center. A little noisy and view from room was the parking lot. Room w a single double had only one towel. Restaurant was good and sports bar is really decent. Fruit available at the front desk an coffee all day. Neighborhood was safe.

Overall all a nice stay. Clean rooms, new beds, courteous cleaning staff. Only negative was the old non-flat screen TV's and weak water flow for showers. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and comfortable. Location great for central location to Cedar Rapids and its surrounding areas. Restaurant served delicious breakfast food and at reasonable prices.

This hotel has the feeling of a roadside motel more than anything else.

Older property, and rooms are smaller than many newer hotels. But, it is clean and well located. Just across the river from downtown, only a few miles from the airport.
