It's exemplified here in that the staff was more than helpful in my search to get my father's graduation gown cleaned in time for us to make his graduation ceremony. THAT is service and worth it's weight in gold.

The hotel was in excellent condition. My complaint can with not being able to be accommodated with the type of room we were expecting and having to listen to teenagers having a party drinking and hanging out in the hall.

This was one of the best Hilton properties I have had the pleasure of visiting. The food was great, restaurant as well as room service. The staff was so very helpfu. The adjustable bed was very much appreciated. As a business travleler i can attest to the importance of good night's sleep.
