Hotel staff including Front Desk and restaurant are very friendly and professional. I stay here whenever I am in NW Indiana. My room is always clean and ready at check in. This hotel is also very convenient to I-65 which make it even better for business travel.

We booked a room at this location for my 90 yr old Father in law (we were all in town for a family event). The staff was so kind and caring. Everyone treated him with great respect. Our family is very pleased with the customer service at this location. Would definitely recommend it.

The walls and the ceilings are thin and you can hear everything. This is a great hotel. Pool area and patio are a great place to relax. Located by shopping area/mall and surrounding by restaurants. The customer service is great and breakfast was delicious. Loved the cookies and coffee too.

I enjoyed my stay, I only wish there was some kind of complimentary breakfast or discount on it since there is a IHOP right across the street that you could go to get a cheaper meal. Customer service was really good.
