Not that great, not that terrible, not that clean (to my standard). Need a major update for sure, it's really old; however, it's not dirty like some places. Hotel is very outdated and needs a remodel. From the frilly laced dolls in the lobby (not kidding..to the tile and decor from the early 80's. Someone kid pooped on the pool as our kids were swimming. I told the front desk and the maintenance guy came with a newer and scooped it out. Then nothing else was done.
