Start by walking in to the marble lined walls of the reception area. Before going to the reception area take your choice of a crystal glass of lemon or celery water. The people behind the counter really want to help you. Rooms are fantastic. Meals are great. Anything you want is there for you. Very high end.

I stayed there for a week for a conference. It was a quick, easy walk to the convention center. It is also connected to a mall. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The staff here are so friendly. Always asking if we need help, directions...I would stay here again.
