Good stay, accommodations good as usual for a Horseshoe property, every thing you need from shopping to good food and gambling. Paula Deen's restaurant served a wide varity of southern classics.Good size rooms and comfortable beds made the stay very good.

We have stayed here on comps, but would not "pay" to stay here. No free wifi, no free breakfeast, $4 bottle water, ice machines always broken or out of ice. Quality all around. The staff is personable, responsive and makes the effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and furnishings are on par with major hotel chains in major cities. Beds are quite comfy and rooms have a safe and refrigerator. Cleanliness is a high priority for me and this property delivers.

this is the closest thing you're going to get to Vegas in the ohio valley. the prices are good, there's a lot to see and do, and everything is all in one spot so it's very convenient. it's a fun time if you like gambling, seeing people having a good time, enjoy good food & drinks.

I had a nice stay at this property until I got home and noticed they ran my credit card twice. When I discovered the error I called the front desk. After speaking with 5 different people they ultimately would correct the mistake. I would not stay here or any of their affiliated properties again.

I've stayed at this property since they transitioned from Caesar's to Horseshoe. Staff is always courteous no matter what level player's card holder - and I've been both extremes.
