“Great mistake!”

I thought I had booked the Hyatt Place hotel which is right next door to the Hyatt House, but my mistake found a jewel. The Hyatt House is intended for long stays. The rooms have kitchenettes (large refrigerators and dishwashers). The bathroom had a large shower! I didn't hear anyone in the hall all night long. Very quiet! The staff... More

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and by far the largest and most well lit bathroom I have seen. The staff's smile and genuine sincerity make this a hotel that I will return to when coming back to the napierville area. Thank you for a wonderful stay. More

Stayed here for a night. It looks like a brand new hotel, so everything is clean and nice. I stayed one bedroom suite on top floor. Pros: 1. We highly recommend the Hyatt Summerfield Suites. The king bed and pillows are exceptional quality, large shower. The mini kitchen was well equipped. We loved the location, close to family for the holidays. We plan to return in March 2012! More
