“The best!”

5 stars to the stafff at Extended Stay @ Vernon Hills - I've stayed here multiple times since the beginning of 2013 and it is "home away from home". I've never had a problem here or a concern. The staff is helpful and so friendly.

“Good location, strange hotel entrance”

The first thing I noticed about this hotel when I arrived is that there is no typical entryway. I circled the whole building before I figured out where the main door was. There is no typical overhang to park under, just an entrance, and you have to find a parking spot somewhere in the parking lot just to check in.... More

“Felt like home”

I stayed at ESA for 8 months while studying abroad in the US. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Clean roooms, safety, great services, great location made this a wonderfull place to stay. I'd recommend the place to any friend or family anytime!

“Home away from home”

We are long term guest of this hotel. All of the staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. It's clean, pretty quiet, located in a good spot close to shopping and eating. They ALL help to make my husband and I feel at home.

Alert, responsive and very genuine. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. They helped with my travel arrangements and went above and beyond the call to help me navigate my way around a new place. Even whole under renovation they made my stay very comfortable

The Extended stay is the same as any other. It's clean, pretty quiet, located in a good spot close to shopping and eating. The hotel is undergoing renovation on the top floor at this time, but there is no sign of this at all. It was a good place to stay.
