“Best Stay ever!!”

Can't remember a better stay anywhere. Room was scrupulously clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way at every turn. They even helped us with a flat tire! The restaurant had exceptional food and friendly service.

“Clean, comfortable and very peaceful - just not particularly close to Reading!”

We like staying at Premier Inns wherever possible and this one didn't disappoint. Very clean, very comfortable and friendly and efficient staff. Should be described as "South of Reading" rather than "Reading South" though as it's further out than we thought but on a very quiet road so lovely and peaceful.

“Couldn't have asked for more”

We were simply looking for somewhere to sleep following a wedding. Arriving very late, the night porter was charming and helpful as was the Receptionist on check-out. The room was fine, comfortable and everything worked. Who needs more?

Stayed for a week. Weather was unseasonally cold but the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Agreed the rooms are maybe a bit tired and sound proofing not brilliant, but a very happy stay in a delightful setting.

Seems to be overpriced compared to other Premier Inns. Maybe that is because it is in a popular business area and they are cashing in on expense claims. Food served next door in the pub is very average 'Chef and Brewer' or other similar type of restaurant. OK as a last resort but would not be my first choice.
