We have stayed at this hotel three times in the last year. We book when we are in Chicago to see our son. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel is attractive. The rooms are nicely decorated and always very clean! The beds are wonderful! Lots of great shopping and dining nearby. Easy drive into Chicago.

Very typical Hampton inn, immediately off the freeway, near old orchard. Convenient shuttle bus to area locales. The staff is great, friendly and attentive. The room was nicely updated, TV, shower, lighting, and a nice comfortable mattress. My only criticism is that the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Stayed here while taking a Sacred Lomi course. Room was beautiful, each and every staff person was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with many choices. Found a perfect home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Aloha nui loa!
