Great value compared to other hotels in the area. Staff very helpful and professional. Location was excellent for a wide variety of shopping, many many restaurant choices to walk to or just a short drive. Our room was very clean, fresh, with a very comfortable mattress and excellent pillows.

Hotel is more like a 2.5 star hotel. Was given a smoking room with double beds that had burnt holes in the spreads. We don't smoke. Rooms were a bit dated. Pool was not clean and our son got out quickly. Breakfast was ok. Location is good, close to everything.

The room was very spacious - we had a 2 queen bed room. Really liked that the toilet/shower & sink were separated by a door. This made it much easier for 3 girls to get ready. The room was very clean. Loved the fact the room had a fridge and micro and the LCD TV was mounted to the wall.

Staff in this Inn were friendly and helpful. Room that we stayed was well kept and clean. Breakfast was nice. Shuttle service was right on time. We enjoyed staying here for eight days shopping and sightseeing in the village of Schaumburg, town of Evanston, and city of Chicago.
