This is the strangest appearing Hyatt Regency ever. It was built 35 years ago, and had a minor face lift last year. Nice hotel, nice bar. Fairly average experience for a business trip. The food served at the conference was good, the coffee was fine. No complaints but nothing extraordinary. FYI- it took 2 HOURS to get into the city to see a Cubs game- prepare accordingly.

Recency Club floor room was great, service was excellent. Really enjoyed the services, especially the private club room for breakfast and in evening after busy day. Fresh 1800 restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet was fantastic and our server Jose was the best ever!

“Very Good Suburban Hotel”

Nice, quiet, out of the spotlight hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Jose is always a bright face in the morning serving breakfast. Hotel decor a bit dated, but the rooms are immaculate, beds very comfortable, and I sleep like a baby with no interruptions. Also, weekend prices are fabulous.

“Nice Spot to Stay in Schaumburg”

Pretty sweet location and accommodations overall. Great service from the guys in the lobby restaurant. Make sure to say hi to Jose. He'll treat you right. And if you get into the Regency Club, Patricia knocks it out of the park every day.
