Lisa was very helpful. Anytime we needed help she was more than helpful. Will stay there again. We really enjoyed the pool. If we had a problem Lisa was very very helpful in fixing it. Lisa is a great asset to Howard johnson

Have been staying here for a while now & have never had a problem ... Lisa , Megan , & Jennifer at the front desk are wonderful & deliver great customer service ! They also have a great restaurant (which switched to new owners) that just re-opened recently ... & a nice lounge called "The Aviator" ... There ARE airport... More

“Dirty room, even worse custsomer service”

This is an old hotel and looks it. I think the neighborhood has gone down hill. The lobby and halls had a terrible smell. The room was actually better than expected after seeing the outside, lobby and hallways. But we already had that creepy feeling so it was not a successful stay

Well for one the hotel doesn't look anything like the internet photos!! Great customer service, is the only thing that made me feel ok, i mean especially in the location,,, plus my room was very nice i was a bit surprised as the property seemed old aged. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in; trash overflowing cans in the halls, smell of rotting food permeating the entire hotel, filthy walls and dirty bedding.

Sorry your stay wasn't up to your standards. We are doing some renovations as I'm writing this. We hope once we're one you may come back and give us another shot. More
