We did not stay, even though hotels.com showed vacancies. :( but the front desk girl (10pm 5/18) was sweet, kind and helpful and gave a great recommendation for breakfast - Uncle Tom's, now just Toms. Very nice to have made her acquaintance.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was better than what I have typically had at Quality Inn with good biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, and nice fresh fruit.

Stayed here to ride out a blizzard on I55. It was a bit old, billed on google as a holiday inn express, but fine for the nite. Breakfast was ok- hot and cold items available which is better than many places. Cost was $100/ nite which I thought was a bit high.

The first thing I always notice about a hotel/motel I'm arriving at is whether they have an automatic door. This Quality Inn does not have an automatic door and that sort of set the tone for my stay. I hate trying to drag my suitcase thru the door while it's (the door) trying to slam on my butt. I know... More

I arrived at 10:00pm for a week long business assignment. The parking lot was quite full, and I was given a handicap room. This struck me as a bit odd, as there was a cluster of handicap rooms on the second floor of a hotel with no elevator. Upon entering, it was no different than a regular room, except for... More

Room with king bed, senior discount, booked through ChoiceHotels.com website at $80.99 April 2012. Hallway did have a hint of musty smell, almost likes fried foods. We did not complain, as our room was OK. But if we had asked for air freshener, I'm sure front desk person or housekeeper would have provided it. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical... More

I am amazed that hotels would still allow smoking in the rooms. The smell really does not stay in the rooms and carries in to the hallways and the nonsmoking rooms. The front desk clerk seemed to be running a daycare out of the breakfast area in the afternoons and the breakfast itself was really limited. I will try another... More

If you are looking for a clean reasonable friendly place to stay, I recommend the Quality Inn in Pontiac Illinois. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a hot breakfast each morning. They offer AAA discounts, senior discounts and retired military discounts.

We stayed at Quality Inn for one night, mostly because there's no alternative in and around Pontiac. Nestled between car-dealers, another hotel (not in use) and gas stations, you don't want to stay outside for a long time. Room was big with high ceilings. Bathroom is smallish. Each room comes with a refrigerator and a microwave - both a little... More

Stayed here for a night, after checking out from the dismal Super 8 in Chenoa (avoid at all costs). You have to remember - this is a Holiday Inn Express - not a Starwood property, but for the cost you get a well maintained hotel and an expanded continental breakfast. The two queenbed room was large, clean and the beds... More
