“Another dud from choice hotels”

One of the worst Comfort Inns that I've stayed in. I had reserved a smoking room with a king size bed. When I got there the woman told me that they were out of king size smoking rooms. She said she would give me a room with two double size beds and wouldn't charge me any extra. How generous! BTW,... More
