I checked in after 5 PM and still had to wait over an hour for my room. The entire lobby smells like cigarettes. The TV only worked part of the time. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and enjoyed myself, but this is the absolute worst. More

I stayed here one night after hiking at Starved Rock State Park. The hotel was located right off the main street through town with several places nearby for food, and some places in town also delivered. Not a normal Hampton, furniture is out dated had to change rooms to get a working desk. But was still very small. Need to update. More

We stayed here recently while exploring the nearby Starved Rock State Park. The rooms are nicer and a bit cheaper than at the lodge, and the free breakfast is fantastic. I have to admit, I examine the room to see if it is truely clean. This room was spotless. Love the all white linens. Safe, secure, good area. Walk to Arby's, Cracker Barrel, and Taco Bell. Friendly staff. Hats off to Hilton for this property. More

My extended family lives in the Ottawa area, and over the last year we have stayed at the Hampton Inn 5 times. Each time has been excellent. The rooms are a great size and very clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. More
