Outstanding service, extremely nice and clean facility. Overall a class act. Great people. We were greeted courteously and accommodated efficiently and professionally. We were delighted and surprised when the receptionist upgraded us because of a our reservations on line were not posted to her terminal.

Quite clean, though housekeeping missed a spot where a cup had been on the nightstand, and whoever installed the tub put the Hot/Cold labelplate around the faucet on upside down. Very nice staff, rooms and service. The front desk staff were pleasant to work with. They worked hard to get me an early check-in. Great location right off the interstate. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the St. Louis metropolitan area. I will certainly stay here in the future.

Be prepared. Hair was on our bathroom floor upon our arrival. The glasses used by us were not exchanged by the housekeeper, but they were placed back out for our use as though they were clean. Also, be prepared to sleep on the rock hardest bed of your life.

Friendly helpful staff, Clean beautiful rooms and a very nice pool. WE would stay there again and can definitely recommend it.We didn't go out much but there was plenty to do in the area. Nice pool and spa.
