My stay was business related; and I was really pleasantly surprised. The outdoor theme of the hotel is so totally quaint down to the slightest details of the design, furniture, decor, fireplace, and on and on. My room looked out across the street at the beautiful fountain and quaintly lit outdoor party area; at night it looked incredible. The refrigerator... More

My friend and I stayed here for the first time to go to a concert at the I Wireless arena. What a great location.. we were able to walk to a great restaurant to eat (River House) and then on to the arena. The hotel has a very rustic atmosphere and was very clean with comfortable beds....really neat decor too.....I... More

Dear Annette, We are very pleased to see your review and all the nice things you had to say about us. One of the great things about our hotels is the wide variety of room types we offer, including standard and deluxe rooms, suites with either fireplaces or whirlpools or both, expanded rooms, rooms with bunk beds for families and... Stayed here 2 nights while on a business trip to Moline. The hotel is very rustic, with furniture made from logs, that type of thing. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything in the room worked as it should. There is a good complimentary breakfast in the morning. There is no swimming pool at this hotel. I... We've come to the Quad Cities regularly to visit our Mom and started staying at Stoney Creek shortly after their 2005 opening. We have never been disappointed and it's now the only hotel we want to stay at. It's in a great location on the river in Moline's downtown where you can walk to restaurants or a show at iwireless... I travel a lot on business so I typically know what I am going to get when I book a room. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatment. I figured the suite would be large...it was huge. The staff was good, very friendly and hospitable. The decor is fun and very family friendly. I'll be back in a... More

I got an king size suite with a jacuzzi in the room and it was wonderful. The room was huge, beautifully decorated in a lodge type setting that included a living room with a fireplace and bar area. There was also a desk area. There was an attached three season covered porch that overlooked the river. It was so nice... More

If you are staying for a weekend the hotel will do. The staff is pleasant, hotel is clean and decorated well to match the motif, breakfast is fine and the location can't be beat in downtown Moline and the Arsenal. The rooms are outdated, televisions are very old and mine whistled every time I turned it on. Nor did my... More

Dear MattK123, On behalf of our entire staff, thank you for taking the time to share your opinions about our unique hotel. While you made it very clear you are very fond of one of our fine competitors, we did want to also point out just a few statements that you made that could easily be misunderstood by Trip Advisor... This is a nice Northwoods theme hotel that they invested a lot of effort into getting it to look nice inside and out. It is pet friendly and close to many area attractions. The hot breakfast is well maintained with good variety and healthy choices. The staff is very friendly. The only minus is the location which is a view... More
