Desk help was always away when some thing was needed. Had to dial a phone at the desk and wait for nearly 15 minutes before I could check in. Walls were paper thin. Could not sleep without ear plugs. No pens or scratch paper in the rooms. Lots of areas in the room and in common spaces were not dusted. More
