This is a pretty standard Hampton Inn. The rooms are clean and it has all the amenities that one comes to expect with a Hampton.

Jacksonville is a fairly small town, so the hotel selection is very limited. It was clean, nice, modern and very bright. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful. The key cards did present an issue every time we tried to go in our room every time.

We have family in Jacksonville and always stay here if possible, It is on the main strip. Lots of retail and restaurants within walking distance. We rarely use the pool, hot tub, or workout room. They have free internet and a public PC is in the breakfast area. Breakfast is acceptable for being complimentary.

Stayed here while on the road in Illinois - in conjunction with work and a TV show shoot. Worked out to be a perfect place to stay. I've stayed here twice and have been pleasantly surprised both times. The rooms and hotel are nice, clean, modern, and bright. Not exactly right off of the highway but with a little patience you can find it. Applebees is in front of the hotel so you don't get highway noise. The hotel was quiet and clean and staff was very friendly. This was just a passing through hotel but it gave us everything we wanted.

This is the second time we have stayed here and had rowdy, noisy, out-of-control kids running the hotel.
