We were traveling for business and spent the night here. Check in was flawless and the room was great. We really enjoyed the back patio view of the bison. No problems with the room and the front desk was awesome.

Very comfortable, quiet, courteous & helpful staff. Need to increase the hot water temperature (tempid for bath or shower). "Hot" breakfast was not so hot in the middle of breakfast hour. Check in & out went very smooth.

This was a wonderful oasis after many hours on the motorcycle driving home. Beautiful, clean and very friendly managers (owners?). we stayed at this hotel on our way back to ohio from missouri. we stayed in the jaccuzi suite - so nice!!! the staff was great as well - you would do yourself a diservice if you failed to take advantage of the opportunity to stay at this hotel while visiting greenville!!

Hotel was nice, breakfast was ok, however, bring some pillows, theirs are very small.

This hotel is very nice looking but the maid staff was horrible. We stayed for 3 days and they never replaced the shampoo, soap, toilet paper, coffee, or cleaned the room.
